En - 19 1% Chromium- Molybdenum Steel

Chemical Composition:

C: 0.40, Si : 0.35, Mn : 0.80, Cr : 1.00, Mo : 0.40

Application :

For highly stressed components used in construction of engine & vehicles as well as back gears & pumps etc.

EN - 24 1½% Nickel Chromium - Molybdenum Steel

Chemical Composition:

C : 0.40, Si : 0.35, Mn : 0.70, Cr : 1.40, Mo : 0.40, Ni : 1.40

Application :

Specially recommended for components with a large cross section which have to be hardened & tempered & where a lot of stress is involved.

EN - 41B Nitriding Steel - 1½ % Chromium-Aluminium-Molybdenum Steel

Chemical Composition:

C: 0.40, Si : 0.35, Mn : 0.50, Ni : 0.40 max, Cr : 1.60,
Mo: 0.15 Al:1.00

Application :

For Shaft which have to be nitrided for pressing plastics which require very high surface hardness.

Application :

For case hardened parts subject to the highest stress, specially for heavy duty gears , helical gears, crown wheels, gear box gear driving pinions.
